SHEA SANCHE, CFP

PRINCIPAL

Growing up with entrepreneurial parents in a family business environment, Shea learned early in life the value of hard-work and the importance of customer service.

Shea began his career in the financial services industry in 1998 with a large Canadian insurance company, and prior to partnering with WhiteWater Financial was an advisor at a major bank-owned brokerage firm. Shea completed his Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP) in 2010.

PHIL JACKSON

ADVISOR

Phil has been working closely with families to solidify their financial circumstances since 2003. Phil has always put family first and over the years he has been a Board member for Etobicoke Service for Seniors. He has also given back to the community of Collingwood as a member of the Collingwood Chamber of Commerce and Collingwood Rotary Club.

Phil recently joined WhiteWater Financial ending his search to find a suitable group of like-minded advisors who would ensure the long-term success of his clients. Phil is initiating his succession plan to make certain that his clients are provided the same or better personal client experience.

Growing up playing sports, and with a background in Kinesiology, Amy learned from a young age the value of team-work and the importance of being covered for the unexpected. After several years of helping people with their health goals, she realized financial health is as important as physical health and began her career in the financial services industry working at a large Canadian insurance company.

Recently joining WhiteWater Financial, Amy now provides our clients with the best solutions, helping them feel confident in their finances and helping them complete both their personal and financial goals.

CHRIS GELDERT CPA, CA, CLU, CEA

CORPORATE PLANNING SPECIALIST

Chris has guided numerous clients of different financial circumstances, objectives, and challenges during his almost 20 years of service in the financial industry. This experience has led Chris to the realization that the key to action is education. Chris listens to the priorities of clients and takes the time to research and introduce the best possible ideas and solutions for them. The process ensures that clients understand the solution and impact of not protecting a particular element of their life.

Chris is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP), and the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU). In addition to achieving his designation as a Chartered Accountant, he has also achieved the Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Executor Advisor designations.

ROBERT DEMELO, CFP

ADVISOR

Born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, Robert is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in London, ON, and earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1996. He has been providing financial advice to clients for 30 years and is an expert in understanding the dynamics of his clients’ investing needs within a total financial plan. Robert has built his career on a foundation of empathy and over the years, has become a trusted advisor to his client base due to his outstanding level of service.

When he’s not in the office, you can find Robert on the golf course working on his swing. He loves spending time with his friends, traveling to new destinations, and making memories with his wife, Carolyn, and their two children.

Holly started in the financial industry in 1998.  She has built a solid foundation and reputation in the areas of business development, marketing and client relations over the past 20+ years.  Holly manages the administration of life and risk products.  She is actively involved in the marketing initiatives of the company and is responsible for the planning and implementation of various marketing programs.

Daisy has an excellent working knowledge of overall customer management processes, operational management processes, as well as customer service.  She manages our Group clients, as well as the administration of our Investment business.

CASSI PETERSEN

CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Cassi has been providing administrative support to clients since 2010. Her responsibilities include coordinating all administrative duties pertaining to new accounts, client inquiries and account maintenance. Cassi brings a marketing background and she is responsible for organizing client events and ensuring all aspects of client accounts run smoothly.

Cassi was born and raised in Penticton and outside of work enjoys spending time with family and friends, adventuring outdoors or enjoying a good book.

Since 2002, Tina has dedicated her career to ensuring client success. Tina is responsible for coordinating administrative duties, excellent client service and making sure our processes and systems are running optimally.

Tina was raised in Toronto and currently settled in New Hamburg. She enjoys spending time with her family.

VALMIRA KIRBINI

CONTROLLER

Valmira has 16+ years of experience in Finance, managing accounts payable & receivable, cash flow, budget reconciliation, payroll, detailed project budgeting and overseeing bookkeeping functions for small to medium businesses.

She has also spent the last 9 years helping YHE grow by implementing strong financial and budgeting rigour and processes.

I have been dealing with Shea for over 20 years, and during those years Shea has been very helpful in providing sound advice and guidance. Shea genuinely loves his work, it does not matter what you are looking for, he will find a solution to your needs. Even when the markets are down, he still manages excellent growth in my portfolio, due to his diligence and constant quest for additional knowledge in the financial marketplace.
